At a hotel in Overland Park, KS, we ran into a similar problem with a Zenith H2530Y Concierge Series TV. We had a portable DVD player and wanted to hook it up to the TV. The audio and video in RCA ports on the back seemed inaccessible using our "Guest Remote." Upon further investigation, we discovered that the buttons from the master remote were disabled only by the cover of the remote. We popped off the cover using a dime. The button between Timer and Alarm opens up the menu, and the right and left buttons beneath the Ch Preview button are for adjusting. So, we're going to search for channels and hope that it finds the RCA inputs on the back. In order for this to work, you must first unplug the RF cable. Additionally, you're going to search within the Cable-TV input. If you've done things correctly, it will search and find 0 channels. Then, it will default to the Aux channel, which is what you want. www.fixya.com
