I just need the god damn model number! Me: "Thank you for calling The Electronics Store, how can I help you?" Douchebag : "Is this The Electronics Store?" Me : "Yes, How can I help you???" Douchebag : "Hey Bro, I lost the book with codes for my TV remote that I bought from there, its a Phillips, can ya help me out bro" Me : "Well we don't carry those anymore but I can still try to help you though, what's the model of the remote? It should be on the battery cover or under the batteries." Douchebag : "It's a Phillips remote, its blue with white buttons" Me : "Well usually, all universal remotes have different codes, so I'll need the model of the remote so I can look it up for you, the model number should be somewhere on the back" Douchebag : "It's a Phillips." Me : "ok, but do you see a model number on there somewhere? Its usually a couple letters followed by a few numbers." Douchebag : "Oh wait" *Pauses* Douchebag : "It's an RCA" Me : "Ohhhhh ok, is there a model number near where it says RCA?" Douchebag : "It has white buttons."
